Results from a (mostly) clean diet and HIIT workouts on the treadmill 4-6x per week with a little strength training. Not sure about my weight in either of the photos butI feel like a whole new person.
Moving slowly I feel like, but finally feeling my muscles harden up lol

These results are after 2 weeks of doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, the 30 Day Squat Challenge and eating seriously clean (although with the occasional chocolate bar to get me through exam revision).
I don’t look at the scales anymore - I have only lost 1lb but I think I look great now. I didn’t actually realise until I put the photos together how much my body has changed - I actually cried. I’m also so much fitter and stronger since I started this… my arms have
(small)muscles now!Today, I’m wearing shorts in public for the first time since I was about 13. I feel amazing - and I still have 2 weeks to go!
